Esfhan has been exposed to complementary therapy from a very young age. He grew up in a family who believes in a holistic approach for health and wellness, it’s part of his DNA. His training in different holistic disciplines has shaped the person he is today.

While in polytechnic, Esfhan took up classes in the Emmett Technique, from basic to Professional Level 3. He even became a teaching assistant for EMM-Tech’s (Easy Muscle Management) Short Course in Hong Kong and Riyadh.

In 2021, Esfhan graduated with a Diploma in Nursing from Nanyang Polytechnic. Following his graduation, he was given the opportunity to be Company Medic Sergeant in 3rd Guards Unit as part of his National Service. Esfhan was also awarded a distinction by his Platoon Commander. He is currently furthering his knowledge with a Master in Osteopathy at the European School of Osteopathy.

Esfhan has continued to develop his skills by assisting his mother with clients. His rigorous training has allowed him to hone his craft and now, he is ready to welcome clients of all ages and genders.

Esfhan believes that health should be viewed from a holistic approach. He therefore integrates multiple modalities together in addition to his Manual Therapy skills to deliver better health outcomes. With his extensive training and knowledge, his goal is to help individuals to the best of his ability to feel their best.
